:? Uhhh...
Well, I'm interested in Latin (and how a lot of English words come from it) but my knowledge of it only goes as far as InterTrans online... ^^;
What does that mean?

Ah! I see that now! :D
Where did you learn Latin? The only language we had at school was boring old French! ^^;
Do you know any good sites that might help me?

As always your work continues to amaze me. It's beautiful. I would offer a word of caution using the liquad gold. Over time it can develope oil spots. Somewhere I have an example of what I'm talking about. Have you considered working with the real deal and use real gold leaf? It's not hard to use and not as expensive as one might think. Well after you learn a few tricks of the trade it isn't as expensive.
My two cents worth. :)

P.S. I would also recomend the following book:
The Gilded Page: The History and Technique of Manuscript Gilding (Hardcover)
by Kathleen P. Whitley (Author)
It helped me a lot! It has great step-by-step explanations and a variety of techiques (sp) depending on the project.
